1. Be able to contribute to the setting of team and individual goals

1.1 Identify the teams goals 
The goal of our team was to create a noir themed movie trailer the aim of the project was to learn how to use cameras microphones and other industry based equipment.

1.2 Describe the process involved in planning and deciding the team’s goals

we planned to acheive the goal (movie trailer) by working as a team and each getting our roles setup we also got given advice by our mentor which helped usget used to the equipment i believe that if we had abit more time to getused to the equipment then we would have had a better quality. i had ideas about the camera angle which could have been used and also had ideas for quite alot of the scenes 

2.      Understand own and others’ responsibilities in achieving the team’s goals

2.1 Organise own activities effectively within the agreed goals of the team

we organized our activities to support the teams goals by having people with the roles they wanted rather than the roles being chosen for you which meant that each person had a role they either liked or had experience with. we gave our ideas by having people give there ideas then voting on which was better. the equipment we used for this task was a boom mic a camera

2.2. Provide information detailing own and other team members’ responsibilities 

My responsibility was to act in the trailer i was acting towards the end of the trailer but in scenes i was not acting in i was helping to set up the scene to shoot other people in the team such as matthew and deacon who where directing and overseeing on how the trailer went we had other people who where acting and people in charge of the audio. we had Daniel, Sam, Karim Jamie and myself acting and the we had Ofentse and Josh who where in charge of things off camera

3.1  Plan activities that enable the team to reach its goals

we done camera work and work with the microphones which helped us get used to filming etc we also came up with some ideas which could be used but we didnt get to be as creative as we could have been due to time my own responsibilities to the team include filming shots and also acting in one of the final scenes.

3.2. Identify own responsibilities towards the team in relation to the plan

My responsibilities to the team was to help out behind the scenes in shots which i wasnt apart of were i helped with things like gathering some props and helping set up the shots and i was also acting in some of the shots towards the end of the trailer.

3.3. Carry out own responsibilities

I carried out my responsibilities in the trailer by acting and helping out behind the scenes

3.4. Contribute to the successful completion of the team activities

i contributed to the success of the teams project by helping in any area i could as well as completing my own responsibilities  which meant that we could the trailer finished in the limited time in which we had. aswell as helping acting i was helping out with audio and props when i wasnt needed in the scenes meaning that we completed the task fairly quickly

4.1. Feedback on own actions in relation to the overall team activities

i think that i done a good job filming and acting although we couldn't really express our creativity because of the lack of time but believe that the ideas i gave where helpful to the team and helped with the movie. I beleive that i tried to help contribute to the movie as much as i could by helping in scenes and alsobehind the scenes i also beleive that we managed to film a preety good movie considering this was one of the first times which we all worked together as a team in something like this and also considering that we didnt get a whole lot of time

4.2. Describe different team members’ contributions

the other people on the teams responsibilities because directing and acting this helped the with the movie because everyone got to do a job which they enjoyed for example deacon and matthew got to direct the movie and that is something what the enjoy doing. We also had people such as Daniel, Same, Karim, Jamie and myself who acted in the movie and had other people behind thescenesdoing other obs such as lighting audio and props.
